How to order from us
Ordering through our online shop is the easiest and quickest way for you to order. You can pay with PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo amongst others.
Please note that while we use PayPal as our check-out handler you will be able to pay with Debit or Credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
We deliver to UK, Europe and some other destinations like the USA, Australia and New Zealand - if you are outside of these areas and would like to order from us then please contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you ASAP with a shipping quote.
Ordering via Cheque is possible too. Please contact us and tell us what you need, we will get back to you with a total and the details you need.
If you prefer to contact us before placing an order to verify stock or to ask a question then please feel free to get in touch. We understand that ordering parts over the web can be a little daunting - hopefully we will be able to put your mind at rest should you get in touch.

All the products you see in our online shop are stocked, unless noted in the product listing. Goods are dispatched either the same or the following working day. If an item is temporarilly un-available it will say so in the product listing. If an item is out of stock you can place an order and the goods will be dispatched as soon as they come back in to stock. Smaller orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st class or 1st class recorded while more expensive orders are sent with the Royal Mail Special delivery (insured and signed for) service. Heavier items will be sent with Parcelforce or DHL and will also require a signature. International orders are sent with the express (International Signed-for) post office service and are always insured. European deliverys take 3-5 working days to arrive. In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your order we will contact you via Email or Telephone so please make sure that either one is made available to us when you place an order. Please note, we supply to the UK, Europe and some other destinations automatically via this website - postage for UK orders is automatically calculated based on order weight and fixed at £9.99 for most of Europe and varies for other destinations. Please check to see if your country is listed in the destinations list during the checkout proccess. If you are outside of Europe or the listed countries then please get in touch and a postage cost can be arranged for you. You will receive a confirmation email from us when you place an order - it will detail the items you have ordered. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a further email to let you know. While we do our best to make sure our online shop is up to date we must reserve the right to cancel or refund part or all of an order in cases of pricing error or stock unavailability. In the event of either we will contact you to explain and quickly resolve any problem that might have occured. Finally, we pride ourselves in after-sales help and support. If you have a problem or technical query with anything purchased from us then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you where possible.
